Apple the Cheek with the Sloan Clinic

Hey guys!

Continuing my focus on Brighton based businesses, I had the opportunity to collaborate with the awesome dr Emma Sloan at the Sloan Clinics Brighton.

Appling the cheeks is a phrase that I was not privy to but basically it gives volume in the area under the eye, which would naturally glow when you smile. I have previously had work done on > this side of my face in the photos I upload, because I had literally no volume in the cheek there, so you guys have seen that I’ve had some work done to support my structure and my under eyes. But when it comes to cheek augmenting I was so concerned that I would look like a hamster if I was to get anything done, but I definitely needed something to lift back up my face since my weight loss.

So we discussed options, I went through what I didn’t want, and then we discussed the procedure. So this is different from injecting along the cheekbone to give extra width to your face, this gives projection going forwards and that was definitely what I was missing. It’s quite indetectable and I think has a youthful look, they basically make a small needle hole and slip in the blunt needle called the canula, then you inject very deep against the bone. So it’s not surface level and it’s quite a clever treatment. So what I see now that the swelling is down is a more fuller fabric to my face, it’s definitely lifted the nose to mouth area a lot and kept a rosier look, so if you were interested in Apple-ing the cheeks, it’s a go-to.

I am extremely excited to be working on some new projects with the Sloan Clinics so stay tuned!

Here’s a video showing the treatment below!
