Magnesium Glycinate is one of the most amazing supplements I take and it has a massive range of environments. Magnesium is a mineral that we rarely have enough of, it’s a hydrophilic mineral and it helps on a molecular level things like cell absorption, all the way up to more holistic results when it comes to mood and sleep.

Magnesium can be taken at any time of the day. And yes, magnesium glycinate can be taken at bedtime particularly if you take it as a sleep aid.
